Delegação da Comissão Direitos da Mulher do Parlamento Europeu visita Funchal e Lisboa

Sob proposta do deputado do PCP ao PE, João Pimenta Lopes, uma Delegação da Comissão dos Direitos da Mulher e da Igualdade de Géneros está hoje e amanhã em Portugal, Funchal e Lisboa. Esta visita tem por objectivo aprofundar o conhecimento da situação da mulher e da igualdade entre homens e mulheres em Portugal, na sequência da crise económica e das políticas de austeridade. Abordarão ainda as questões relacionadas com a violência e a prostituição.

Uma Delegação da Comissão dos Direitos da Mulher e da Igualdade dos Géneros do Parlamento Europeu desloca-se ao Funchal e a Lisboa, nos dias 30 e 31 de Outubro, sob proposta do deputado do PCP ao PE, João Pimenta Lopes, Vice-Presidente desta Comissão.
Os deputados reunirão com diversas associações, entidades e sindicatos, com o objectivo de aprofundar o conhecimento da situação da mulher e da igualdade entre homens e mulheres em Portugal, na sequência da crise económica e das políticas de austeridade. Abordarão ainda as questões relacionadas com a violência e a prostituição.
