Only by being acquainted with the events which marked Europe’s situation evolution upon the USSR and the socialist field fall, with an authentic capitalism cavalcade towards the East and its dramatic political, social and economic consequences, it becomes possible to understand the recent and serious Ukraine’s situation developments.
In the last 20 years, and in result of the NATO’s enlargement up to 12 Eastern Europe countries, as well as the European Union enlargement which practically accompanied the latter, the USA and its allies, notwithstanding certain contradictions, have been performing their siege strategy round the Russian Federation - currently under capitalism -, as well as to any other country which does not accept to submit under the North-American imperialism dictates and domain.
Therefore, the USA and its allies hold the ambition of, since the very first moment, to insert and use Ukraine in their tension and confrontation strategy, seeking to impose in loco, its political, economic and military domain over this country, by the establishment of “partnerships“ or even, through its membership to NATO, or through agreements with the EU.
Within this context, the USA and EU, manipulating the Ukrainian people’s real and just discontent before their country’s social and economic situation -
- during the last two decades dominated by oligarchs and under the plunder aim, carried out through privatizations, public sector dismantlement, general population exploitation and impoverishment -, by promoting a brutal interference and disrespect for Ukraine’s sovereignty and independence, architecting and promoting a coup d’état, which was consummated by right-wing Fascist and Neo-Nazi sectors.
A coup d’ état which represents an important step within the provoking, intimidating and aggression, disrespect for freedoms and linguistic and political rights - namely against the Ukraine Communist Party and other political forces - performed by ultra-nationalist pro-military groups, which, by their proclaimed objectives and violent action exacerbate and deepen divisions among the Ukrainian population, jeopardizing Ukraine’s integrity and unity.
The USA and EU are currently in the run to support and “legitimate” its “interim government” and bound Ukraine to new and severe agreements with the IMF - under its unacceptable list of unwanted burdens, salary, pensions and social cuttings, along with the public services dismantlement - as well as at the mercy of the free trade agreement with the EU, authentic economic and political dependence mechanisms.
Alias, it is necessary to underline that the consequent and natural rejection and resistance before the imposed power by the coup d’état, a major part of the Ukrainian population - supported by the Russian Federation, with which it shares a common history, as well as strong cultural and economic links - is currently used to justify the prosecution of the provoking and confront escalade, as well as whitewash the state institutions assault in progress, through a systematic campaign which has the objective of taking responsibility away from the coup leaders and their mentors, as well as their violent objectives and action.
Ukraine’s current situation evolution is uncertain and develops hastily. The dangerous process, initiated by the coup d’état, as well as the USA and EU interference and the offensive strategy in its origin, are the first and main responsible for the serious intensification and immediate developments in the country’s situation, which ought to have deep consequences in the near future.
